How to make saggy breast firm and perky

Having shapely and beautiful breast is every woman’s dream. But how many ladies can boast of that?
Breasts are made up of connective tissues, fat, and milk producing gland. It starts to lose its suppleness and elasticity when a woman reaches the age of 40, but some ladies in their twenties already have saggy breasts.

This can be due to factors like; rapid weight loss, strenuous exercise, pregnancy, sickness (breast cancer, tuberculosis), and menopause. Wearing a padded or push-up bra is not the solution. Here’s what you must do if you want to own a pair of smooth, stretch mark free and pointed breast.

Don’t joke with breast massage


Breast massage is done by rubbing your palms together to make them warm, then massaging the breast in upward and inward direction using both hands at a time for 10 minutes. To aid in the massage, mix shea butter and coconut oil in 50:50 ratio and set aside. Dip a clean towel in a bowl of hot water, when it’s warm enough, squeeze out some water and use it to massage the breast in an upward direction.



Then apply the shea butter and coconut oil mixture, massaging upwardly as you do so. You can substitute coconut oil for olive oil (extra virgin olive oil) in the mixture.

Set them free


Whenever you are at home do without a bra, especially padded ones. Allow your breast breathe. You don’t need to keep choking them with a bra all the time. Do remember to wear a supportive bra when engaging in any form of exercise- exercising without a bra leads to sagging.

And lastly, nutrition plays a vital role. Consume more proteins like fish, eggs, and milk. Fruits and vegetables with phyto estrogen would also do a lot of good.
